IF YOU PROCEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT POSSESSING THE AFOREMENTIONED APPROPRIATE CAPACITY FOR CIVIL CONDUCT, THEN YOU AND YOUR PARENTS AND OTHER LEGAL GUARDIANS SHALL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGAL PROVISIONS, BEAR ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING THEREFROM.

3.1 You can view the Straightship Privacy Statement here and on the Site for the Services. You agree to the applicable Straightship Privacy Statement, and any changes published by Straightship. You agree that Straightship may use and maintain your data according to the Straightship's Privacy Statement, as part of the Services. YOU GIVE STRAIGHTSHIP PERMISSION TO COMBINE INFORMATION YOU ENTER OR UPLOAD FOR THE SERVICES WITH THAT OF OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICES AND/OR OTHER STRAIGHTSHIP SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, THIS MEANS THAT STRAIGHTSHIP MAY USE YOUR AND OTHER USERS' NON-IDENTIFIABLE DATA TO IMPROVE THE SERVICES OR TO DESIGN PROMOTIONS.

These inquiries may include asking you for further information, requiring you to provide your full address, your date of birth, and/or requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, or verifying information you provide against third party databases or through other sources. If you do not provide this information or Straightship cannot verify your identity, we can refuse to allow you to use the Services.

Electronic communications may be posted on the Services site and/or delivered to your e-mail address that we have on file for you. It is your responsibility to promptly update us with your complete, accurate contact information, or change your information, including email address, as appropriate. In no event will Straightship be liable to any party for any loss, cost, or damage that results from any scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

6.4 You shall ensure that the goods you consign for shipment are legitimate articles that may be lawfully circulated, comply with the delivery requirements of the laws and regulations of the country(ies) (region(s)) involved in the transportation and import/export of the goods, international conventions, and industry regulations, and shall not include any dangerous goods or prohibited articles stipulated by law, including but not limited to inflammable, explosive, fragile items, goods infringing intellectual property rights, drugs and related tools, items prohibited for shipment by carriers, relevant industry associations, and laws and regulations, as well as goods that Straightship reasonably believes may pose a danger to any person or goods, prohibited articles that violate laws and regulations, or items requiring prior authorization. Otherwise, Straightship has the right to terminate your access to the Site and the related services.

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that, under any of the following circumstances, Straightship shall have the right to restrict or freeze your account, and you may be unable to continue to log in to or use your account:
(1) you violate any provision of this Agreement (including but not limited to providing false information, conducting prohibited shipments, delaying payment, engaging in malicious operations, etc.);
(2) it is required by applicable laws or regulations, or upon the lawful request of government authorities such as public security agencies, cyberspace administration departments, market supervision and administration departments, etc.
8.1 您知悉并同意，在下列任一情形下，Straightship有权对您的账户进行限制或冻结，您可能无法继续登录或使用其账户： （1）您违反本协议任何规定（包括但不限于信息不实、违规运输、逾期付款、恶意操作等）； （2）符合法律法规规定，或应公安机关、网信部门、市场监管部门等国家机关的合法要求。  

8.2 You acknowledge and agree that Straightship may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or prohibit any further access to all files and the Services by you. Further, you agree that Straightship will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.

You shall ensure that the contact information you provide is true, valid, and accessible; otherwise, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

8.4 During the period when your account is restricted or frozen, you shall still bear the payment obligations already incurred and other unfulfilled responsibilities. If the restriction or freezing results from a breach of contract, you may apply for the lifting thereof and provide proof of having remedied such breach, and Straightship shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to decide whether to restore the account; if the restriction or freezing results from legal requirements or requests of governmental authorities, Straightship shall promptly lift it in accordance with the law when such requirements or requests no longer continue.

9.1 You understand and acknowledge that, except as otherwise stated in writing, the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights and trade secrets) in the following information and content belong to Straightship:
(1) content and information provided in this Service (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, writings, images, pictures, maps, icons, audio, video, graphics, layout designs, electronic documents, data materials, etc.);
(2) the infrastructure and platforms (including but not limited to software, websites, applications, etc.) used by Straightship to provide the above content and information;
(3) any trademarks, commercial images, commercial logos, know‑how, slogans, copywriting, etc. used by Straightship in providing the relevant services;
(4) all data and information generated during the development, operation, maintenance and other processes of the Straightship site. THE ABOVE‑MENTIONED RIGHTS OWNED BY STRAIGHTSHIP AND THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN ANY CONTENT CONTAINED IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE PROTECTED BY LAW. WITHOUT STRAIGHTSHIP’S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION, YOU UNDERTAKE THAT YOU SHALL NOT, NOR SHALL YOU PERMIT OR ASSIST ANY OTHER PERSON TO, IN ANY MANNER USE, RENT, LEND, DISTRIBUTE, DISPLAY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, LINK, REPRINT, COMPILE, PUBLISH, EXTRACT, SCRAPE, MONITOR, QUOTE OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED THEREON.
9.1 您理解并知悉，除另有书面声明以外，以下信息和内容的知识产权（包括但不限于专利权、著作权、商标权及商业秘密）归Straightship所有： （1）本服务中所提供的内容和信息（包括但不限于软件、技术、程序、网页、文字、图片、图像、地图、图标、音频、视频、图表、版面设计、电子文档、数据资料等）； （2）Straightship用于提供上述内容和信息的基础设施和平台（包括但不限于软件、网站、应用程序等）； （3）在Straightship提供相关服务中所使用的各项商标、商业形象、商业标识、技术诀窍、标语、文案等； （4）Straightship站点开发、运营、维护等过程中产生的所有数据和信息。 Straightship所拥有的上述权利及所提供服务中所包含的任何内容的知识产权均受到法律保护，未经Straightship事先书面许可，您承诺不应且不应允许或协助任何人以任何形式进行使用、出租、出借、分发、展示、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、发表、出版、抓取、监视、引用或创造相关衍生作品。   

9.2 You understand and agree that the content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, animations, etc.) that you upload, submit, store or publish when using this Service is all originally created by you or has been legally authorized, and there is no circumstance of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Straightship shall, strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and/or agreements, collect, store, process, transmit, and use various information provided by users within the Service or formed during users' use of the Service.

You agree that you will not:

11.1 THE SITES, SERVICES AND ADD-ON SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY "SERVICES"), INFORMATION, DATA, FEATURES, AND ALL CONTENT AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES (WHETHER OR NOT SPONSORED) ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STRAIGHTSHIP, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS OR SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, \"SUPPLIERS\") MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OR OPERATION OF THE SITE OR OF THE SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11.2 Straightship 及其供应商均不对站点或服务上的内容（无论是否赞助）的准确性、可靠性或完整性作任何明示或暗示的陈述、保证或担保，并明确否认任何不侵权或适销性或特定用途适用性的保证。  

11.3 NEITHER STRAIGHTSHIP OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FREE OF INFECTION FROM ANY VIRUSES OR OTHER CODE OR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING ROUTINES THAT CONTAIN CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OR THAT ARE INTENDED TO DAMAGE, SURREPTITIOUSLY INTERCEPT OR EXPROPRIATE ANY SYSTEM, DATA OR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
11.3 Straightship 及其供应商均不作任何陈述、保证或担保，声称通过服务可获得的内容不会感染任何病毒或其他包含污染或破坏性特性的代码或计算机编程程序，或者旨在损害、秘密拦截或侵占任何系统、数据或个人信息的程序。

STRAIGHTSHIP SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, LIQUIDATED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITES, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ADD-ON SERVICES, THE SITES OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF STRAIGHTSHIP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, STRAIGHTSHIP'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
Straightship 在任何情况下均不对您或任何第三方承担任何间接的、特殊的、附带的、后果性的、惩戒性的、清算的或惩罚性的损害赔偿的责任，包括但不限于利润、收入或业务的损失，这些损害赔偿全部或部分源于您对站点的访问、您对服务的使用（包括附加服务）、站点或本协议，即使 Straightship 已被告知可能发生此类损害，无论是否基于合同、保证、侵权（包括过失）或其他原因。 无论本协议中有任何相反规定，Straightship 对您因任何原因产生的责任，无论诉讼形式如何，在任何时候均限于最高 500.00 美元（五百美元）。

IF YOU BREACH THIS AGREEMENT, CAUSING STRAIGHTSHIP TO SUFFER ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIM, LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION OR ANY FORM OF REQUEST, YOU SHALL COMPENSATE STRAIGHTSHIP FOR THE DIRECT LOSSES SUFFERED AS A RESULT, AND BEAR THE REASONABLE LEGAL FEES, LITIGATION FEES, ARBITRATION FEES AND PRESERVATION FEES INCURRED BY STRAIGHTSHIP IN RESOLVING THE DISPUTE.
因您违反本协议约定，导致Straightship遭受任何第三方索赔、诉讼、仲裁或任何形式的请求的，您应赔偿Straightship因此遭受的直接损失，并承担Straightship为解决争议而支出的合理律师费、诉讼费、仲裁费及保全费。

14.1 Straightship reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Sites or Services, including add-on Services with or without notice. Straightship reserves the right to change the Services, including fees as may be applicable, in our sole discretion and from time to time. In such event, if you are a paid user to add-on subscription Services, Straightship will provide notice to you. If you do not agree to the changes after receiving a notice of the change to the Services, you may stop using the Services. Your use of the Services, after you are notified of any change(s) will constitute your agreement to such change(s). You agree that Straightship will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspensions, or discontinuance of the Services.
14.1 Straightship 保留随时且不时地修改或中止（临时或永久）站点或服务（包括附加服务）的权利，无论是否发出通知。Straightship 保留自行决定且不时地更改服务（包括可能适用的费用）的权利。在此情况下，如果您是附加订阅服务的付费用户，Straightship 将向您发出通知。如果您在收到服务变更通知后不同意该等变更，您可以停止使用服务。在您收到任何变更通知后继续使用服务，即构成您同意该等变更。您同意，Straightship 对您或任何第三方因服务的任何修改、暂停或中止而造成的损失不承担任何责任。  

14.2 Straightship may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement may be provided to you by electronic means (i.e., via email or by posting the information on the Sites). In addition, the Agreement will always indicate the date it was last revised. You are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by any changes to the Agreement when you use the Services after those changes are posted.
14.2 Straightship 可能不时对本协议进行修改。对本协议的任何及所有修改均可通过电子方式（即通过电子邮件或通过在站点上发布信息）提供给您。此外，本协议将始终标明其最后修订的日期。当您在该等修改发布后使用服务时，您将被视为接受并同意受本协议的任何修改的约束。

15.1 EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE LICENSE, SERVICE OR OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Straightship, THESE TERMS OF USE CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Straightship WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, INFORMATION, AND CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN, AND SUPERSEDE ALL DISCUSSIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, CONVERSATIONS AND AGREEMENTS CONCERNING THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF.
15.1 除非您与 Straightship 之间的单独许可、服务或其他书面协议中另有明确规定，否则本使用条款构成您与 Straightship 之间就使用本网站、信息及其包含的内容达成的完整协议，并取代所有关于此主题的讨论、通讯、对话和协议。   

15.2 This Agreement is provided in both Chinese and English bilingual versions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
15.2 本协议提供中文及英文双语版本。当中文版本与英文版本存在任何不一致或冲突时，以中文版本为准。
