Service Guarantees & Important Notes

Service Turnaround Time

Provided that the customer's documentation is complete, the container can be picked up normally, the warehouse can accommodate an appointment, and there are no uncontrollable external factors such as port congestion, terminal queuing, severe weather, customs inspection, or capacity shortages, the platform will arrange pickup, delivery, and container return as follows:

  • Local delivery: within 24-48 hours after pickup; Cross-city delivery: within 48-72 hours after pickup (for reference only, actual timing depends on circumstances)
  • In the event of an objective third-party delay, the turnaround time is automatically extended and the platform bears no liability for the delay.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Complete and accurate customs clearance and release documents, delivery address, warehouse contact person, and appointment requirements must be provided at least 72 hours before pickup. Missing, incorrect, or late documentation will directly delay turnaround and incur additional costs; in such cases the platform's turnaround and response commitments are voided simultaneously, and any resulting losses are borne by the customer.
  • The customer must promptly confirm upon receiving fee details, exception resolution plans, or order change notices; additional charges arising from failure to confirm on time are borne by the customer.
  • The customer must cooperate promptly with supplementary documentation during customs or warehouse checks; delays and penalties resulting from lack of cooperation are the customer's responsibility.

Exception Response

If exceptions occur — such as release being blocked, a failed appointment, transport delay, or additional charges being incurred, the platform provides real-time progress updates and, once the exception is verified, delivers an initial resolution plan within 24 hours. For sudden issues caused by external agency controls, the pace of resolution is not fully within the platform's control.

Fee Confirmation

For additional charges beyond the original quote, the platform will provide the reason, pricing basis, and supporting documentation; the final settlement amount shall prevail.

Circumstances Under Which Commitments Do Not Apply

  • Customer documentation submitted incompletely, incorrectly, or late;
  • Port congestion, yard queuing, extreme weather, road control, customs inspection, capacity shortages, or other uncontrollable external factors;
  • Customer's late confirmation of fees/exception resolution plans, or refusal to cooperate with verification checks;
  • Issues arising from the customer's own declaration problems, such as false cargo declarations or concealment of prohibited items.

Service Process

  • Customer provides consignee information (including contact person, phone number, and business hours)
  • Other special requirements (e.g. delivery appointment needed, lift-gate required, etc.)
STEP 03

Execution & Tracking

  • Customer Service verifies all documentation is complete and correct, then arranges trucking
  • Pickup progress, in-transit exceptions, and other logistics milestones are shared in real time in the communication group
  • If issues such as traffic delays or equipment breakdowns occur in transit, the customer is notified immediately
  • Shipment status is tracked throughout until the cargo arrives at the consignee's location
STEP 04

Delivery & Settlement
